About the Contest
Each May, Relay For Life of Westerly sponsors Paint the Town Purple, a contest where over 25 area businesses and restaurants are asked to decorate their sidewalk area, window displays and doors purple - to raise awareness about the Relay For Life event in June. This year, Relay for Life of Westerly has expanded Paint the Town Purple, allowing for the entire town of Westerly to participate: the contest is now extended to homes and neighborhoods!
